someone new to play with..

my lightning has a new play-pal in town...







i don't know whose it is yet, but i'm gonna see if i can give him a case of mod-itis.

I got a neighbor that just bought one and I've been thinking the same thing... or might even be a place for me to move my old parts...

Are the H/D's really pushing out 336 hp like one of the guys is posting in the H/D section? All I can say is wow.

yeah,, the new ones actually have a tuned down version of our motore, with blower and all. I've actually met one of the top people working on the hd for ford. i met him through my brother who is at uf of M dearborn right now,, very cool guy.

it's supposed to be 340hp at the flywheel.. his 336 may have been uncorrected numbers...

its exactly the same motor as a lightning, except it has a [i]bigger[\i] upper pulley.. and a different computer tune.

put a normal lightning upper pulley and a chip on it, and it should have the same HP as a lightning.
