Alot of nice cars, but nothing from SVT except for a SVT Focus that that like it was somebody's daily driver. The engine compartment was filthy.

And of course, no SRT10. I wasn't all that dissapointed, but I just wanted to check it out.

The best ford was the GT40.

There were also some sweet BMW's, Mercedes and just about Every automaker there had their Concept cars on display.

The highlight of the night was the Boss 5.4 in the parking lot as we were leaving. The sticker on it was $35,595.

Hey I was there Saturday!!!! I didnt care for the car show at all, I liked the new building it was in though. The GT-40 was great, but they need to learn how to take care of it, you could see swirls on pretty bad. They had the Tonka truck there, that was cool. A convertible WS6 with a tricked out engine and subwoofer where the rear seat should be. Thats all I can really think of. Bought some stuff for the truck there.

 

I was there saturday to. I was looking forwards to seeing SRT-10, Mazda RX-8 and a lightning but not there. Did any of you see a Toyota 4runner that was being yeld at by the securty ppl. That was us. It was quite a scene. Dont ever go around security when there stoped in the middle of a intersection in the parking lot or they will get pissed and chase you down.
That was the last time that i will go to the auto show if they keep that security company.

The new Reliant Center is pretty cool. Were you there to see it a night? I can't believe how big the new stadium is. It dwarfs the Astrodome. That is the first time I had been that close to it.

 

I was there around 130 to 330 I suppose. You are right, the new stadium is HHHUUUGGGEEE. Everything has changed in the surrounding areas. I dont even reconize the place anymore.
