Unhappy Defrauded by Lightning owner.

I got defrauded by a Lightning owner auction on E-Bay. This is just a buyer-be-ware.

The info I have is as follows:

Case Number: 414145
Transaction Date: 04/05/02
Transaction Amount: -$175.50
Seller's Email: jerryfire102@aol.com
Seller's Name: jerry p evans

I had won the bid and sent payment for a set of 2001 3.73 gears. Now both the eBay account and AOL account are canceled, and I have no gears.

If you see anyone with that name, use caution when dealing with them. I've opened a paypal investigation and will file an Ebay fraud complain as soon as 30 days are up.
