I can't believe the weather nice all week, now my only day off and its raining. I was supposed to take the truck to the track tonight for its first run all stock (unelss boost bypass and cat back are "real" mods ) and see what it did. I am pissed I really wanted to go to E-town tonight guess another day.

I was going to E-town tonight also and I drove my truck to work and it started to rain.I got the newspaper and it does not say it is going to rain.
Normally this would not bother me but, I bought another vehicle so I do not have to drive my precious L in the rain and now my L is wet and dirty.
Living in New Jersey means I will HAVE to go to the car wash AGAIN.This is another thing I like to avoid.
Well I guess it could be worse.(War ,Poverty).
So I guess I will just sit home and open all my BIRTHDAY gifts(L Stuff) and eat my BIRTHDAY cake.Did I happen to mention its my BIRTHDAY(36).

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MAN!!!!

Its my friend Michelle's B-day today also, we're all celebrating it as a Car Enthusiasts group this Sunday at the Ringwood National Park up in Ringwood.... Its gonna be pretty cool so if you got nothing better to do come on up, I think its I287 to exit 57 than take Skyline Drive and follow the brown shield signs for the park.... or pull over a Park Ranger and ask, hehe!

By the way, you're right it could be worst! I think I'm suffering from powerty right now and its definitely not a good feeling, Enjoy Your Birthday!


Hey Craig, there's always a next time for track man, my friend Jon ran his 2002 True Blue last week and got impressive 13.446 so I'm sure you'll do even better since he had absolutely NO mods at all whatsoever, just barely 2,000 miles on a brand new truck!

i was wonderin if anyone went,around here
streets dried up around 6 .

 

I called E-town.It was cancelled.
Isn't that what always happens.They cancel and it stops raining.
I also race legend cars and last saturday drove 2 hours to mahoning valley speedway P.A.,unloaded the car and it snowed for 5 minutes and they cancelled.I never even got my driving suit on.I HATE BAD WEATHER.They need to buld more (or any) indoor speedways.

Crew cheif???? Who are you kidding From the observations I made on Team LIGHTNINROD, she is the team owner and manager, you are the go-for, janitor of the garage, yard man and head mechanic. Now,,, after you do all those things right, she (your boss) lets you have Friday nights out with Miss Silver ( your Lightning).

You have been married too long and might be able to let these young folks think she is your crew chief, but I have been to your house.
