Should parking brake lock front wheels?
The snow is finally melted from the roads here, so last night I took off my snow tires and put the stock wheels back on.
One thing that occurred to me as I was changing the wheels: Should the front wheels lock when the parking brake is set? When my parking brake was set the front wheels turned freely.
