Times Right pt.2

Well last night I went to Moroso so I could finally test my L personally, got their at around 6:30 and left at 10:30....I was able to get 5 runs. The last runs I finally got the hang of it.

1st Run
60'-2.405
1/8-9.422@79.02
1/4-14.352@99.84
I tried to take off at 1,200 RPM...didn't work at all,I spun bad.

2nd Run
60'-2.168
1/8-9.007@79.67
1/4-13.912@100.26
Took off from Idle, but left O/D on...

3rd Run
60'-2.376
1/8-9.388@79.28
1/4-14.316@99.84
Once again from Idle, but really f-ed up,still have no idea what happened?

4th Run
60'-2.130
1/8-8.964@79.72
1/4-13.891@99.94
From Idle again.

5th Run
60'-2.101
1/8-8.933@79.85
1/4-13.850@100.17
Idle again, just getting the hang of it.

I'm already addicted, probably going to go on Friday again since all my friends are going, anybody going to be out their?

So for those that know what Moroso(West Palm Beach,Florida) is like, what do y'all think of these times? How where my 60' times? Also it was my first time ever down a track so that explains why I had some bad times.A guy in a hooked up Grand National who ran against me(13.469@100.56) and beat me,asked me how much extra boost I was running,I told him stock and he was really impressed? I don't know much anything as i'm new to this, but is this what I should excpect from my truck at Moroso? Sorry for all the questions just trying to learn more.

Don't know your track (but my brother lives in WPB and can sell you long distance phone svc) so, I can share what I learned from my 1st time.

on street tires, drop to about 25 psi in the rears
do not burn out in the (bleach) burnout box, drive around it and just spin for a second to clean off the tires.
in between runs, time permitting, turn her off and open the hood to cool off the motor, some guys put a bag of ice on top of the SC to cool it off.

hope it helps!
