Isn't there a Fordsales on here that sells extended warranties?

I want to say I have seen his posts before offering reasonable prices on extended warranties. I am considering purchasing one, and the dealers here want $1500 plus for them! Thanks in advance for any help!

I went to my dealership, Bayshore Ford in Delaware and dealt with a wonderful (and really CUTE!!!) salesperson named Julie. After all was said and done, I purchased a 5yr/75,000 mile Premium Care Warranty for $925.00. This has a $50 deductible, but rumor (nod, nod, wink, wink) has it if one brings their ride to Bayshore Ford for service, the $50 deductible kinda goes away. SOLD AMERICAN!!! Besides, there service dept is the best one that I have ever experienced. My L is the 5th brand new car that I have purchased but this is the first time that I ever would consider buying an extended warranty. I always thought they were a rip-off. But considering this is the first new vehicle purchase with an auto trans and blower, it might be a wise choise to get a warranty.

Huge markup in extended warranty

As above, I got a 40% discount on mine 6/2000. If you plan on keeping your truck I think it's a good investment. BE SURE TO ONLY GET FORD'S OFFICAL WARRANTY NOT AFTERMARKET ONES THAT SOME DEALERS SELL THAT HAVE MORE PROFIT IN THEM! If you sell vehicles rather than trade, this will get you a better price.Warranty combined with no sales tax for private sale in Ga. works well for me.
