Magnaflow mufflers

Since the L is all apart I figured it would be a good time to change the exhaust system. Looking at the Magnaflow mufflers, 4" round 14416. Does anyone have these on their daily driver (beefcake). Also looking at the 4X9 Magnaflows, anyone have these? As far as the X-Pipe which one is everyone using? I found on the Magnaflow website 10789, to me it looks like a 2.5" in andout and a 3" core (center) sounds like the best one for us. Am I correct on this?

qball2439: Do you have full length headers on? I believe with the removal of 2 cats it will get louder. It is my daily driver and just do not want to get a migrain everyday while driving to work.

I have them and it is my daily driver. I got the x-pipe number 10491 and decided not to use it so it is just mufflers. My sounds great. I like it because when i drfive by all the ricers it sets all their puny alarm systems off.

e-mail addy is spanky777william@hotmail.com

i decided not to use the x because the x-pipe keeps the pressure equalized and keeps it from popping. I personally like the popping and decided to keep the x out.
