Talking 1st place!

Woohoo... on a whim I went down to "Import Surviver Series #2" with some ricer friends of mine.

They had a Import and Domestic Truck/Bike show... I (without prep, car wash on the day of!) put my truck in for show. Got put in the "Stock Domestic FullSize Truck" category and won first place!

Sweet!

I beat out 3 other trucks, two chevies and a ranger splash...not bad considering I havn't had a chance to wax the truck since last fall yet!

Daniel,

Congrads!!

Vinnie,

out of curiosity, what is the 'no washing of vehicles' law/ordinance?

Am I correct in assuming...

...that there is some sort of law in Jersey that prohibits people from washing their vehicles on their own property?

What is this country coming to?

B/c we had a very mild winter and only 1 or 2 good rainfalls, NJ/NYC is in a drought, low resevoir's, drought warning. Were not allowed to *waste* water. So no washing cars. Business's are excempt from this though.

Yeah, we're in a pretty bad drought around here... so no watering lawns, washing cars at home, etc. Only business carwashses (livelihood) are allowed to operate right now.

One of our states "most popular" lakes is 4-feet down from its standard water line...
