295/45/18's

275/45/20's if you want a cheap tire in 20's
295/40/20 if you want a nice 20in tire

285/30/22 or 295/30/22 if you want a BIG rim on a lowered truck!!

On front F1 295/45/18
On rear Nitto drag radials 305/45/18

I hear the BFG 295/45/18 tire gets alot of miles out of them they have a much deeper tread pattern but they are a little bit pricey.
Hope this helps All I have had is the F1's and the Nittos and i got like 18,000 miles out of my first set of F1's..

I'm toying with the idea of running 275/55-17s for commuting, and swapping the stock 295s back on for playing/posing. The roads around here are really terrible. The ride is just a bit harsh and the truck tramlines quite a bit on the 295s. Any thoughts?

toyo makes a 295/45/18 proxis that is fine on the street. I have no idea if it works for racing.

see http://www.sportscartire.com/perform...res/toyo_1.htm for a photo and specs

I got a pair installed at a local dealer for $500 $220+$15 shipping+$15 install

I have Nitto 305/55/18s for daily driving. Put the ETs on the rear when going to the strip.

Yeah lemont does have some bad areas, but the ride isn't ging to be much better with 17 inch wheels either. My 20" rims and tires ride about the same as the stockers did.
