Angry 2nd Blown Head

I've had 2 spark plugs blown out of my head on two seperate occations. They each where on diffent sides (of the V). Both times this happend, I was not hammering the engine.

Im bringing the trunk in tomorrow to get it fixed for the second time. Is this a known issue? Has anyone else had this happen? Could something be causing this?

The truck is stock, w/ no mods.
2000 SVT Lightning

Thanx in advance,

Sorry about the last post. Just having fun. Recommend tightening the plugs yourself after the head install, or repair. Some owners have had the same thing happen. Not alot of threads to hold the plugs in.

Exclamation

Had to have the pass side head replaced due to spark plug ejection. However this is not a maintance item you should not have to tighten plugs every 5,000 miles. They need to come up with a fix. Artie
