TR5 plugs good for how many miles?

How many miles do you think TR5 plugs will provide optimum performance before needing to be replaced? My truck is stock, save for the MF12468 and I drive it daily @ 105 miles per day.
There was a recent post claiming these ignighters are good for 5 to 6 thousand miles
Is this true?!
