HomeLink Visor for 2001 L

For those that are interested, I order a visor with HomeLink for a 2001 Lincoln Navigator (Sunvisor with auxilary secondary visor) from FordPartsOnline for $245.84 plus $7.00 shipping. Does not have the memo feature, but can be programed for three separate signals. I use it for garage door, security gate, and x-10 light module to turn on the outside light when I come home after dark. Part no. is YL7Z-7804105-AAB. It is not cheap, but better than having three remotes in the cab.

Just got mine in today

They were at home when I got there, and I just put it in.

The ones that I got were the standard ones without the memo feature, from fordpartsonline.com.

The Drivers side with the homelink buttons:
YL7Z-7804105-AAB : 245.84
Pass side, to match the dual visor, lighted mirrors:
YL1Z-7804104-AAC : 55.54

I did not have lighted vanity mirrors ( XLT ) so I did both to match, the drivers side.

Thanks 2020is for the idea, and Harold J Horton for the non meo feature visor p/n.

Hey SScully or anybody that knows.....

Is the wiring already there in an '01 XLT with non-lighted mirrors? If so (or not), what's involved in the install?

Thanks!
