Power Pipe

What kind of gains can be recieved from BaBolt's Power Pipe...better than JL dual ram?? or PSP, info appreciated.

I dont think you are going to find any information on that power pipe. The pictures of it have been floating around the boards for months but to my knowledge there have not been any produced for sale. I 'think' I remember BABolt posting several weeks ago saying he was shelving the power pipe project to work on other things. He also has not posted any hard data on what the gains are. I suppose for now we will just have to wait and see if it ever becomes a reality, I hope so... looks like a nice piece

The Anderson Motorsports Power Pipe only makes an extra 5.1 hp on the dyno. That's with the addition of a powerstack filter, also. There may not be as large a gain to be had by replacing the stock air intake duct. Gains off the dyno may be another animal though.

I do know that with the Power-Pipe, T/B, long tubes, & a very old chip program BABolt was in the 400/500 club. Notice no pulleys.

It's more about the combination, not so much about one single addition.
