Speedo and tach ?
I read about the trick of holding in the trip button and turning the key on to bring up the test menu the other day. So I go ahead and do it knowing that my speedo is about 5 mph off. Come to find out the speedo apears to be 7 mph off and the tach is 300 rpm off, both reading high. My question is can you adjust the guages in any way as to correct them?

Ford is known for having the worst/*****ty guages. If you are that worried about it then get an aftermerket one. And be a true ricer and get a shift light with it lol
