I took my 01 L to Coastal Ford In Mobile to get my rear bumper painted from where their lot jockey scratched it and figured now is a good time to get my cracked fog lenses replaced. The service manager " a moron named Randy" said that the cracks were from "road hazards" . I explained that cracking lenses are a common problem and that the only rocks to hit my truck were laser guided cause there are no scratches anywhere on my truck. I asked if he had heard of the internet and F-150 online etc.., he said yeah so what. I told him to look for his and the dealers name in lites on the net. What an idiot!

I had to grab my service guy by the ear and shove a pencil in his nose while explaining the theory of HOT glass and COLD rain to him. He did replace it.
