i use to think that traction bars would help alot on the street but then i was told that they would only help a little then i was told that they wouldnt help at all. i dont have them so i cant tell you what i think but....you will porobably get a little more traction on the street with trac bars but not much. they will help with axle rap though. if i were you i would play around with pressure. find a good place to do a 0-60. then start out with 32psi in the rear. lower it untill untill you get good traction. if traction starts getting worse then raise them. just play around with them and ull find something good.

Buy A Chevy, no power, but plenty of traction.

you could get a traction control system. racelogic sells them. there is also a product called PowerTrax which is supposed to give lots more traction, it has something like 2 differentials or something. I can't quite remember. But it claimed like 65 percent more traction, and it certainly couldn't hurt. that and a 2 inch rear drop would definatley help traction by evening out the weight.
