Out with the old...
Out with the old...
Well I have been talking about doing it and I finally did it this weekend. I got rid of my black 99L and got myself a new 02 RED L
The dealer had both a red and a silver L side by side on the lot, but for me it came down to 2 things.
1)Red was my original first choice
2)The silver L had 2 big scratches on it.
I also got rid of my wife's 00GT as she can longer drive and it made no sense to have 2 car notes. My truck note went up, but I am still saving a ton every month with one note and the reduction in car insurance.
now with the questions
1)Were can I get the factory tonneau cover? Dealer?
2)How much for the factory cover? I know many will say do a hard shell type and I do like those better, but I mountain bike ride very regularly and I use a rack that stands the bike up. That would require me to remove the hard shell everytime and that is no good for me.
3)Where can I get a bedrug in the houston area (sorry I want to go pickup not wait). And how much for it.
4)Will the bedrug stay in place without some type of bed cover in place...at high speeds?
5)How easy is it to keep clean? I often put my bike in the back and it is covered in mud often times. Can I simly hose the mud out?
Thats all for now guys..
Thanks,
Mike B.
