i took my l to local ford dealer about both fogs cracking.
was told not under warrany.not caused from rocks.
anyone else have this problem?

I'm getting my second set of lamp assy's next week. The 1st set were covered under warrantee, and so are these that are currently on order. "ALL" of these '01 fogs are cracking due to heat expansion and being splashed with moisture and the like.

If you have not explained this fact to the service manager...you should! I would wager, that you can change thier mind. If not, try another dealer. When the search engine HERE is brought back from the dead, you will find posts on this subject.
