call me uneducated, but i am clueless as to what it is in that picture even after reading all your posts. Is he saying that he's given an L twin turbos?? what exactly is that a picture of, besides what it says on it, is it a label for the top of the intake manifold??

Yes thats the lid for Project X motor. I made it myself. Had a friend weld it up. Had BABolt make a cool plate for the top of it and of coarse a BABolt throttle body was donated. The lower manifold is off a Cobra R (bought a car for the manifold and threw the car away LOL). It has been highly modified for a boosted motor instead of N/A motor.

I need to take some pictures of the other stuff. ie Custom steel Billit stud girdle, ported 4V heads, Custom pistons, tubbed box, narrowed 9" rear end, 4 link rear.

The 4R100 will make the debut but I will probably end up building a glide for it.

I want to see pics of the turbos. What kind are you planning on using. Also, will you be racing it anywhere near NC? I would love to see that bad *** in person.

It is not about money. It is a Goal and it can be reached with time and hard work. $$$$$$ Is never the yardstick that I measure things against and I am sure Bob feels the same way. Many times the reward can be an emotional or intellectual one and how would you equate that to money. Those are my feelings, if it were purely for financial remuneration I would never do the things that I do.
PS. With the Turbos you can always dial in the boost plus Bob is good and inovative too.
