I asked the same question a few days ago and was told yes.

I ordered mine from Summit, but found some that were not backordered for a similiar price ($99 shipped) from www.carshopinc.com

They shipped today and should be here Monday

Mine are in the farthest hole away from the mounts and make contact just behind the leaf spring coil mount. I also cut off the top mound of the snubber so I would have a 1/4" clearence to the leaf spring. I keep a 3/16" spacer handy to slid in the front mount so the slappers are not loaded up when the wife is riding with me, otherwise I leave mine pre-loaded. Jay had a problem with the breaking on the street and I want to see how long they will last setup that way. When the break I will add strength to the mounts.Hope this helps you guys.

The problem that I had with the u-bolts. They are pretty weak. I'm sure that they are probably soft imports.

1 BADTK, are you running 1/4 clearance on the street? It will REALLY stress the bolts over bumps. You should not have any contact during normal driving, especially over bumps and dips. The spring will flex up and down, but the bar will not. That may cause the front bolt to break. It can pogo stick the rear, just like breaking the front u-joint.

Be careful, I don't want to see anyone get hurt. That's why my bars are built with more clearance.
