You can't do a moonroof, because moonroofs are supposed to slide back into the roof structure to hide, but you could do a sunroof no problem.

I've seen some that would work. The light and overhead consoles would most likely have to be removed. Also I don't think any of the powered ones where the window slides in would work. You would have to get a moonroof that slides up and removes the glass completely if you wanted to open it.

actually, theyt do sell an aftermarket moonroof that we would be able to use, it pops up then slides back, it doesnt go into the roof, it goes above it. it would probably be sticking over the back of the truck though.

Yeah, the 99-up Cougars have that, slides up and at an angle. Kind of looks like some ricer spoiler when open .

Why does every single post have to be over-anylized past what is written?

I never said I didn't like it. I never said his truck would look like a ricer. I was pointing out that COUGAR looks like a ricer when the roof is open, because the car is small and the roof section is big, and sticks up off the roof. There are only two other vehicles I can think of that I've ever seen that on- Semis, and imports that have had big spoilers added to them in places that make no sense, aka "ricers". I didn't make up the term, I was just using it.

If you can dig WAY back and pray it wasn't on ZING, there were some picks back in early 2000 of a 1999 with a sunroof on it that slid back.

the 2000+'s is a little harder with out big upper console.
