I finally got hold of a rollpan for my L. Now I would like to remove the black plastic bumper corners and the side steps to make way for my new pieces. Clips scare me! Anyone tried this? The grill was a nightmare... Any help is always appreciated.Thanks!

 

It's pretty easy. Just use some plyers to squeeze the plastic things that go through the body so they'll come out. There aren't really any clips.
