Question COLD AIR INTAKE's/What system y'all runnin?

Let's compare COLD AIR INTAKES? What system ya' runnin'? Performance gains?THANKS GUYS!UNDECIDED!

I have tried both of the JL kits and they work well. If your looking to save some money I noticed some ads in the classifieds for some last time I was there....

JL Stage II Ram air.S.O.P feel is much improved.extra boost on the guage,and sounds much better when you're in it.Really "screams".Later.

My personal feeling is that all of the aftermarket air kits work fairly well...

I had a JL Stage II ram air on my 2000 L before I sold it. I gained 2 tenths from my previous best during similar weather conditions.

I have the Airaid intake, the gain was noticeable and the blower really screams now. I think most of the tuners' intakes might make more power, but for the money, if the Airaid is still cheaper, I would definately recommend it.

Cool! Thanks! Sharp wheels! Polished rims make the truck! Axiously awaiting my new Billet Specialties GT53's. Will post pics of all new mods soon I hope. Snowin' like hell today though!

Polished wheels and snow/salt dont mix very well at all!! Luckly mine are chrome!!! But I dont drive in snow either.....

I've got the Downs Ford air intake kit.


I wanted to try one of the tuners kits because of the larger filter but I also wanted to keep the stock badging from the factory airbox. There is no room for it on any of the tuners systems. Anyway, there was a little gain from this one, def a louder superchager whine anyway....
