lowering question

lowering question

i lowered the L 3 in the rear,and now if i drive it hard the axle is hitting the bump stops.this sucks!is there any way to correct this?

Shorter bump stops, stiffer springs and shocks, or a C-section.

where is the best place to get stiffer springs,and shocks?what brand is the best? bare with me here this is the first time i've ever lowered anything,so i am a little stupid on this subject.
