My local track is an 1/8 mile and i was wondering what it would take to be in the 7's like all the fast cars? there a couple of trans ams and stuff like that are built and i want to keep up

 

Most of my racing is on the 1/8th mile. These are my mods and netted me a 7.89sec @ 86mph:

4:10 gears
shift kit
PSP track program
oval TB
filter kit
elect. fan
Cobra R water pump
full Bassani exhaust
MT ET streets
removed spare, hitch, and bed cover

I ran a 7.98 in full trim.
