Tire pressure

I'm going to the track today and was wondering what i should put my tire pressure too. I have F1's on. PLease help i'm leaving soon!!!!

remember, 1000rpm and rollout. If it hooks, try 100rpm and to the mat...

Thank you very much i'll post my times later or tomorrow. They will be ishty i'v a virgin. Well i might be ok because i should have some coaching from Action911. Lets hope all goes well and i end up in the 12's
