Help! Question about Transmission Fluid?
I am preparing to install my line mod valve but I am wanting to be 110% sure that I am putting the correct fluid in. I read the manual and I am pretty sure we have the 4R100 transmission which requires MERCON type fluid, not the MERCON V type. I picked up some AAMCO DEXRONIII MERCON fluid, will this work? I am just unsure about the DEXRON portion. I hope I am just being overcautious but you can't be too sure. Thanks.
