22" replica Lightning wheels.

Just curios if anybody knows some of the manufacturers that make the 20" replica L wheels in the 99 to 02 style's. I've been looking at various other L's and I'm starting to like the look and idea of 22" wheels but once again I can't stray from the stock wheel look, I think they look to nice!

So who do we have to contact about making some 22" versions. We wanted 20" and got them, so lets go for the 22" wheels now!

If they build them, we will buy them. I'm with you Joe, lets get some 22" chrome "99-"00 Lightning replica rims. Who could we contact about this? How many sets would we have to get orders for before someone would make them? Let's get a list going....

Good Idea bill!

How about it guys, let see a show of hands (names).

We bitched about the 20" wheels and we got them soon after, so this may work.

Oh bill you can put Rich (tampasvt) on that list.

Rich: you need some bigger wheels baller!

I would love some 20 x 10 inch 01' L wheels. Why doesn't anyone make replica wheels in 9.5-11 inches. I'll do 20 or 22 inch chrome replicas, but I want wide tires.

http://www.performancewheeloutlet.com/

Supposedly they make their wheels "in-house" here in the good ole U.S.A. Triple Chrome Plated USA, not Taiwan. They make replicas for a bunch of cars not just FORDS. Maybe they'd be interested in a group purchase/sale.

I just upgraded from 20x9" Non Chrome 99-00 replicas to 20x9.5" CHROME 99-00, and got them from Performance Wheel, but I would probably UPGRADE again to 22" if they made them.

Guess I'm a sucker for the Lightning Wheel "LOOK"!

Ok so there saying that the molds run 50 grand to cover the cost of them.

So if we get enough people to want these, we can have them made. come on guys!

hmmm,,, 50 grand at about lets see,, i'd pay about1800- 2000 for a set of them,, that means we only need about 25 to 30 people to cover the cost,,, to me that seems plausible as a business owner,, they are bound to find other people who would want them besides us too,, lets sign away a petition,, hell, i'd put money down to assure them of my purchase, and if they sold tires,, well they would most likely have my business for the tires too, just cause they made the wheals special for me.

( we can get anything accomplished,, all it takes is enough people to complain

Hey Powered

What are you going to do with your non-chrome 20" replicas? If you plan to sell them, how much? Are wheels "true", no curb rash, finish blems, etc.? Any chance you're planning to come to L meet 4-6-8 in S. Ga.?
