SC belt schreech????
SC belt schreech????
Hey guys -
See if your truck does this>>>>
Turn everyhing off radio - ac - whatever.
Roll down the windows.
From a stop roll into the throttle hard enough to keep the wheelspin under control and right before it shift let off.
Everytime I do this I hear a loud screach from the motor, I am assuming its the blower belt loading and unloading during the shift being a firm as it is???? I can recall it doing it since the chip was installed and its gotten noticeably louder since the FT vavle body has been installed.
Just curious,
Bob

The problem is the huge bark from my tires on the 1/2 shift LOL.
I am trying to keep a low profile but thats near impossible with the long tubes and the bassani now

I am going to texas next friday and will be back on that following monday night. I will be taking tuesday and wednesday off and plan on getting the truck dynoed either tuesday or wednesday.

Sounds good Bob, are you going to come over to Mobile and run the dyno with Pete? You need to come on over to Irvington that Tues night and run some T&T passes with us. I've been getting in the 1.7's on my 60' with the F1's. And some 7.50's with full weight with some neat little spring clamps I made for myself. I done away with my traction bars and went to this in order to be able to Hook on the road and at the track.
