Question Are these people crazy?

I wonder if these people actually read the description in these auctions:

E-Bay auction 1
E-Bay auction 2

I guess the dealer made out pretty good. I'll make sure to never shop there though.

I saw those last night, I bet they didn't read that was over MSRP.
I also noticed were a bunch of people had retracted their bids.

"This is an "Over MSRP" Bid. You are bidding
on the amount OVER MSRP ($32,490.00) you will pay."

That is so shifty, I'm disappointed when I see dealers do crap like that.

I don't think you have to buy it even if you win the bid. There has to be a way out if the car isn't exactly what you want.

Those guys are here in Houston. I wouldn't buy a go-cart from them.

I actually looked there to buy a black lightning about a year ago

they had a dealer markup of $3000, but i bitched and they did give much of a fight on removing it.

the manager said that most people come in and just pay what is on the sticker no questions asked, he also told me about the Cobra R that he sold for $80,000 grand a few weeks before that.

Now that is f**King stupid especially since i had visited several dealerships (3) that that were no more than $60,000.

I guess some people just have money to burn.

In Texas especially Houston, $3k is alot better than the $5k and $7k that many other dealers want. Mac Haik was the only place I could find out of Dallas and Houston that would even sell me an L that was not over MSRP. But when it came signing time, they tried adding about $6k in fees. They handed me the papers and pushed me to sign right away without reading. I knew better though. They even had a $2k fee that was a life insure. If I died, the vechicle was paid off. I told them that if I died, they can come get the vechicle. Anyways, I took all the fees off except TTL and the destination fee which I was required to have. The guy was pissed especially when I pulled out the first time buyer and student inncentives. He made it sound like he was not going to sell it, but I knew at that point they had to.
