Talking Awesome!!!!!!!!!!

Well I finally added a mod that actually has a SOTP feel
I put on my 4#'er tonight. Everything was very straight forward, the stock pulley came off no problem. I went for a test ride after and all I can say is My Autometer jumps to 10psi then climbs slowly to 12psi. Drove around for about an hour with tons of WOT runs. Really a very high quality piece.

Now all I need is a chip to really bring the monster out!!!!!!!

Thanks again Sal.

i suggest getting the chip immediately. you will start throwing check engine lights right and left, it also was messing up my idle and fuel maps. i had a lot of problems with my 4lber when i sent my chip in for a reburn. soon as i got the chip back all the problems went away. (just tell him to raise the idle up a little, if you don't the pulley will make a little annoying rattle sound)

and BTW the chip is worth every penny, Sal took care of me. i had very fast service, he answered all my questions on the spot, i would recommend his work to anyone.

Not good! Please don't do WOT runs without your chip tuned for the pulley you are using. You could easily and quickly damage the internals.

I had my chip re-burned for timing and JL told me not to take it over the stock 8# PSI because the computer cant and wont compinsate for the extra boost, it took 2 weeks to have my chip reburned since he was in the middle of engine tear down and he wanted to check out the new settings on his truck. my biggest problem was that the truck went right from 2# to 10 no in between, rode the fine line for awhile. get the chip so when it shifts better it really snaps your head

soap,

Better put on a Depends for your post-chip install test drive...or something.

seriously, take it easy on the go-pedal until you get a chip.
