Question Any word on 03's yet!!!!!!!!1

I have been away for a while and have not been posted of anything new in a while. Are there any solid rumors about the 03 L yet?

Dear god! Everyone and thier mother wants to now about the 03! The 02's are still in production! 70% of the 02 haven't even had thier first oil change yet!

We wont know anything about the 03's untill the Detriot Auto Show.

It's going to be a 1.9 liter 4 cylender with 3 on the column shifting. Performance package by Neuspeed. Also gets "Type F" stickers and a biplane wing in the rear. Happy?

I heard from a fairly reliable source that the 03 L will be unchanged, but look out for 04.

A very reliable source has told me the 03 will be unchanged however there will be an interior option ( appearance Package). As for 04 there are no plans. SVT has said they want to build an 04 however they do not have a platform from which to build it. The new f150 is much like the current f250 and therefore really is not an option. The new ranger was originally slated to be a midsize ( Dakota-esque ) and SVT would have utilized that platform however that plan was recently scrapped..This info was gathered from an SVT employee during FFW

Hey guys,

I heard the same thing TZrider posted. No plans yet for 04, 05 L.
Maybe 06. That is what the SVT Engineer at FFW in Orlando said. No Drivetrain changes for 03, same as 01 and 02.
