I got the Belltech 3/4 drop done last friday and the truck is bottoming-out, which I knew it was gonna do already. My question is, will that do damage if I dont get a C-notch right away? I mean im going to, but just need to get more money and find a place to do it. Thanks

 

I don't think you will damage anything you will just have a unbearable ride. You might want to change the rear shackle to the other notch then your rear won't bottom out so much.
Because the rear will be raised up a inch.
I did the C-section right after I did the 3/4 Bell Tech I could not take the bottoming out in the rear while going over speed bumps and pot holes in the roads.

I have a 2/4 and i have never had a problem of bottoming out. All i did was cut the bump stops down a little.

 

jabtay, Lightning are already 1 inch lower than regular F-150's that is why your truck is not bottoming out.
