Things to consider, Bassani is stainless and therefore costs more to make, maybe not as much as they charge, but the system they design is top notch. Flowmaster is aluminized steel, will rust out, crumble disintegrate, and no doubt sound good. Flowmaster will reduce back pressure, how much is debatable, but if you use an x pipe you can balance the back presssure a little. Remember, back pressure=low end torque and mileage, less back presure=high end performance.
Good luck, it is still all a matter of taste and desire, put what you want on your truck and you will be happier.
