Fender Rub

OK my new rims I got Neeper T-rex have a offset of +01(that's what box says. Does this mean it will stick out farther? Cause too me on the L it looks like they do. Maybe its just the rims that make it look this way. So far I haven't rubbed. I want to lower my L some and don't know if it will rub or not, anybody know how to check to see if it will. Clueless

I found this I saw somewhere that the backspacing on the Stock rims are 12mm and 9.5 inches wide. So I put in the value of 1mm and 9 inches here and it said the rim would stick out 5mm farther, which would account for it looking like it sticks out farther. The other size they had was +19mm but those would go the other way by 13mm.

I think I should be ok getting a lowering kit. I would think the bump stops would stop it, cause I don't think it would travel that far. But this is just an assumtion. Any help would be greatly appreciated here
