Someone should post these in the FAQ's:

Lightning specs:
L.H. Caster: 6.9, +/- 1.0 Deg.
R.H. Caster: 7.4, +/- 1.0 Deg.
L.H. Camber: -0.5, +/- 0.7 Deg.
R.H. Camber: -0.5, +/- 0.7 Deg.
L.H. Toe: -0.05, +/- 0.15
R.H. Toe: -0.05, +/- 0.15

Base F150: (tolerances same as above)
L.H. Caster: 6.2
R.H. Caster: 6.7
L.H. Camber: -0.3
R.H. Camber: -0.3
L.H. Toe: 0.03
R.H. Toe: 0.03

Lightning Owner preferred:

RH Caster 7.2
LH Camber -0.5
RH Camber -0.5
LH Toe -0.05 (slight toe in)
RH Toe -0.05 (same)

Lightning Owner autocross preferred specs:

For BFG R1 and Hoosier A3S03

Lightning Autocross Preferred Specification:
LH Caster 6.9
RH Caster 7.2
LH Camber -3.0
RH Camber -3.0
LH Toe 0.00
RH Toe 0.00

Be carefull : with this much camber your tires' inside edge will wear rapidly if you have ANY toe-in/out...

What’s up with the asymmetric caster? Is it caused by not having a 200 lb weight in the drives seat when you align the vehicle? 3 degrees of negative camber sounds a little excessive –1.7 may be a better guess. This is still way high for a vehicle driven on the street during the week.

Not a definitive answer

but I was told it helps to decrease the tendency to follow the crown of the road. I never bought that, because in the lower mainland of Vancouver, we have steep crowns for the rain, and driving on the left or right lanes does not feel as if you pull more to one side. Maybe it does compensate for the driver...

I made sure the toe-in was at 0.000, and you can see the camber from a distance

P.S. I belong to the same club as Joe Cheng. He is considerably faster than me in my vehicle
