Somehow I think they aren't reading the "over MSRP" line, or have no clue what it means...

TAMPA! That is too funny. Damn.

Anyhoo, that sounds like a scam to me.

Reminds me of that ebay auction about a year ago where some guy sold a PS2 BOX for like $500.

BOX. No PS2.

I dont know... there are alot of rich people in this area who like Lightnings. And many of the deallers in Texas always try to ask for 5k over MSRP and usually get it. But my opinion is that the person winning the bid will end up complaining to ebay saying that it was deceitful advertisement. It reminds me of a story where someone opened up a bunch of long distance companies called "I dont care", "which ever", etc. So when people calling LD over the pay phone get prompted for a servicer name, they would say those words and get charge outrages rates .

One of us could purchase a new L and sell it on ebay for 10k-15k profit. I feel bad for whoever is taking this scam

Price aside, I don't understand how somebody sells a vehicle on ebay. People are just going to bid on a vehicle they've never seen? Am I missing something?

You have got to be kidding me!!! This is just ridiculous. Is it against ebay policy for me to email the bidders and offer to sell them my truck with 999 miles for $10K less than they pay for that one. I emailed the dealership and asked if the bed was lined with gold.
