I know we all own lightnings but my buddy just picked up his Z06 and he let me drive it. I can only say that is is F$^*ing real fast tire smokin or not. I know it is a 50k car but he works for chevy and got it for 41K. I don't plan on racing him not now atleast he would chew me up and spit me out I think I'll have to use the R-6 for that one; SO watch out for those bad boys...

Ask your buddy if I can get a Z06 for 41k too. My grandmother retired from GM and she gets GM cars cheap also. According to her, I can get GM cars for the same price that she can as long as she approves it.

Don't worry, not planning on trading in the L. Although, in a few years, my Grand Prix GTP will be worn out and a Z06 would look nice in the driveway.

 

if you want the discount, you are suposed to be an imideate family member, so if you were to put the car in your mom's name, than your grandmother could sign her name, or somthin, and get you the discount. I think she might have a pin # that she needs to give you. Hopethis helps....
