Top Speed?
We have had our L up to 155MPH befor. But that was a long time ago on the beltway at 2:30 in the morning and a cop friend two miles down the road from where we started shooting radar. It can be done, but it isn't highly recominded.
With 4.10 gears, mine will do 140 mph at 4800 rpms. With red line at 5200 rpms, figure it will do about 150 - 155mph. The speedo only goes up to 140 mph so anything over that and your just guessing based on where the speedo needle is in the black.
Did mine on the autobahn, even over here in Germany, 140mph is pretty scarry!!

Your correct Cobra. With the search down it is hard to find!!
It takes like 5 seconds you will see a test in the window at this point you can start the engine and start scrolling thru the options!!

Turn the key to the "on" position, don't start. Hold down the trip odometer button for two seconds, release and you will see "test". Each time you push and release it, you will see a different readout. Leave it on MPH and go for a drive. or something.
Ruslow is probably the fastest on top end. Rapidly approaching 170mph.
Stock they are drag limited to about 140mph. It takes H/P to overcome the aerodynamic drag. No limiters or goveners.
