All I have done is cut the airbox bottom out, install a K&N panel, and tonight the PSP 2# pulley. Now the stock boost guage pegs out somewhere left under WOT. The truck also tends to try and walk sideways with a full throttle launch.

All this without a chip so far... can't wait till the Superchip finally arrives...

Is it ok for our trucks to have a 2lb pulley with a KN air filter but no chip.

In the dead of summer you will be sucking air that was pre-heated by the radiator. Snoop around in www.ncs-stl.com/Images for files with air in the name for ideas on how to get fresh air to the motor
