Question on Cobra R Water Pump

Guess I should have asked before/while I bought it......but does it bolt right in, or are there some other modifications?

Gaskets?

Thanks for the help!

PS....which traction bars are the ones to get????

At the risk of being labelled Captain Obvious I will tell you that you need an electric fan kit since the water pump has no provisions for your current fan setup. I don't own the Cobra R pump so I can't tell you much more than that. It should bolt right in from what I've heard though. Hey small world, I own a teal 93 cobra and a 95 hardtop convertible myself. If you ever get up in the Central Florida area drop me a line we can do lunch somewhere.

Ya it bolts right in place , and 2000 Black is right you will need a electric fan. I have the JDM fan and it works great for me.

No gaskets. Uses an o-ring to seal to the block. You will need a big a$$ wrench to get the fan nut off though (1 7/8").

Cool.......I told my GF there was a reason I HAD to buy the electric fan kit.

Can't argue with me spending too much money now!!

Black2000....I drove by Lake Mary this weekend....while I was up in Orlando for FFW......I have Family that lives in Deltona.

*I also have an EX that lives/lived in Lake Mary.....but I won't go into that!!!

For an 01 you need a 1 7/16" wrench. 99-00 uses a 1 7/8".
