Are any of the performance chips programmed with the retention of emissions ratings in mind ??
Also, what chip delivers the best performance (without any additional mods)?

I think a chip would only help your truck pass emmisions. Ford programs these trucks so rich, that it is wasting fuel. I get better millage since I put a chip in, and my tips stay cleaner too.
