Update on "new and improved" intercooler failure

The truck goes in Monday for all of the work to be performed. The tech that always works on my truck couldn't believe that it blew again.

I am also having a few other items taken care of while it is in - the cracks in the paint on the top of the truck. Any idea's how they fix this - paint entire top of cab, or just the channels themselves?? Hopefully they do a good job color matching the red since it has no doubt faded. Should let them do this, or just let it go?
I also have the same "loose marble noise" from my engine when it is put in drive and I have my foot on the brake, or when driving and it is in the upper rpm range (without boost). Maybe bad belt tensioner or idler pulley bearings??

Thanks guys - I appreciate having everyone here to bounce ideas off of... and gain knowledge from.
