Question Horsepower questions...

just wondering...how much gain from an electric fan, air intake, and headers?? I know you guys will say a chip and pulley but for warranty reasons I was wanting to start here. Some gain is better than none(right?) and I do not think that dealer can complain about covering any needed repair down the road if needed.
Thanks
Ps-what about new plugs with this setup?

I was told that headers don't have much of an increase on the Lightning's. My truck came with them, the previous owner installed them. It sounds good, but I haven't dyno'd it yet to see.

Long tube headers are proven to give significant gains in HP....only if your running extra boost (ie. modded truck). Not worth it for a stock truck IMHO

shorty headers are for sound only pretty much but with longtubes, depending on your current mods, you would get some gain. accordingt to JDM he gained around 35hp and somewhere around 40tq. with the longtubes but he had a few more mods than what you plan on getting. with and electric fan and water pump combo you may get around 10hp. and with an intake you can probly expect 1-2lbs of boost which is about 10hp and maybe 20tq(those are guess')
