00Fireride: This no 'flame' but if you don't know about gapping plugs, I would let the dealer change the plugs for you. This is not an easy job and it must be done right.
If I misunderstood you, and you are able to do the change, get a plug gap gauge that uses wire to tell you what gap you have created. It will also have a 'forming' slot or two in the body of the gauge that you use to bend/form the groung elaectrode.
Please guys(usahooters), never use a feeler gauge to tell you what gap your plugs have. You cannot get an accurate reading from the 'flat' feeler gauge. The 'round' wire gauge is accurate. Form the ground electrode so that the wire tugs ar drags slightly as you pull it through the gap.
I would use the TR6s or the Densos if I had a 4 lb pulley and I would gap them at .040-.042 to keep from blowing out the 'fire' with that much boost.

LIGHTNINROD,
OOFireRide,
With the mods I have, I went with the BR7's. I wanted to make sure I would be OK at the track with the race program and Race gas. I did lose some throttle response though.

ford is putting them in, but i have gotten two different repsonses. Should i have them gapped at .038 or .040 w/ a 4lber?

00FireRide,
I gap at .040". Dan is right about the wire gap gauge. They are more accurate and mine has that nice little gapping tool on the end like Dan's.
Here's a link to how my TR5's burn.

ASVTFordBoy:
Yea, I went with BR7EFs too--gapped at .040. I d/k about reduced throttle response but they definitely misfire while at idle. Of course, my 160* 'stat doesn't help either.
