Two Questions about Pulleys and LT Headers

With my current mods, what amount of boost is my L creating now?

With Long Tube Headers, High Flow Cats, and a 4 LB Pulley added, what amount of boost will my L be creating then?

And finally, my best 1/8th mile run was 8.547 @ 85 MPH on street tires. How much do you guys think I can gain by adding these mods?

I might add that I didn't have the traction bars on during my best run. I just added them so that would have to be considered too.

Somebody help me out here please! Thanks

Unhappy

Aw come on, somebody take a stab at it! You don't have to be perfect, just close.

Will the added mods cut 3 tenths off in the 1/8th mile? I'm hoping for a half second reduction, is this possible?

If you dont have a pulley now and your going to a #4 and LT headers then I think it would be no problem to knock off 1/2 second or so. I would definitely get some slicks or et streets though. Your boost now should be around 9 lbs and after the mods it should be around 13. I think this is right. It was with my truck after the pulley but I'm not sure about the l/t's. I would also get a boost guage. Its fun to watch and you can actually see the gains when you mod. Btw, I went from 13.1's with chip and pulley to 12.6 with the #4, upgraded mass air, and some et streets.

Thanks for your opinion Mike!

If JDM's claims about the LT headers are true I might get some pretty good gains. I've shied away from a pulley until now but if I'm going to see some substantial gains I guess I'll have to go that route.

Take a look at this link and tell me what you think. Is this an exageration or truth? http://www.teamjdm.com/id240.htm

IMHO I think its exageration. It may be flywheel but I dont think you would get that rear wheel. Of course this is just my opinion but I wasn't there for the dyno so what do I know. I asked to see the dyno sheet before and after and have seen nothing. I'm personally still going to buy some but I don't expect to see those gains.

I'd say they are doing what they are supposed to.
