What were the topics? I thought if they were moved they said to where.
If there are deleting they should lock them and reply as to why they are deleted unless its a troll or something, which you are not.

Telling people in a message on the forums to go look at your classified ad is, from our perspective, no different than posting the actual ad itself on the forums. The end result is always the same.
It's been said many times why classifieds are not permitted on the boards, this is not a new rule. One of the primary reasons is to eliminate the one-on-one negotation and banter that occurs between a seller and potential buyer. A classified transaction is between a buyer and seller, not a seller and a community.
By posting a note that says to look at your classified, the end result is people posting questions on the forum about your ad, people providing email addresses, etc. This communication is best done in private, not in public.
Thus, the threads were deleted and will continue to be deleted, regardless of who posts them.
