Plug Shoppin

Do NGK and DENSO plugs have to be ordered? Is there a auto parts store that will have them availible? Has everyone on here ordered theirs from a tuner? I can't find them.....

NGK #4177 (TR6) are about $1.50 - $1.75 each from most auto parts stores. Try using the part number when searching locally.

I ordered my Denso's online from Johnny Lightning. I have never regretted it. One was broken and he replaced it at no charge.

Cool

Carquest for about $13.

You're right, that is a big difference.

We offer the Denso Iridium's as well, and we agree, they're doing a very nice job.

i picked them up from carquest for 13 bucks...also though, i am having ford put them in since i havent found enough detailed instructions to feel confident doing it myself. Is there a REALLY DETAILED instuction online for doing it? If so, i might attempt it first before i pay 80 bucks to have it done.

SVT 360 - I would use TR5's w/those mods, TR6 if you add boost.

My local dealership wanted $200 to install the TR5's..........are other dealerships only charging $80? They said it would take an extra hour $80, plus $120 for a "tune up" (changing plugs)
