Need Billet Grill Instal Help!!!!

got my billet grill today and started the install. was difficult considering just about half the screws were plastic and stripped and I had to rip em out. After I got the cover off, I took out the side markers, not wanting to go through the immense trouble of getting my headlights back in. Then I had to pop out the black things that are connected to some sheet of plastic (NOT IN MY DIRECTIONS?!?!?!) but I found it online. Would not pop out and had to cut them off. Seems like homedepot will have a visit soon after all the screws that will no longer work. Its just about all out cept that there are two, support beams perhaps, that are hooked up to the back of the grill. I tried to see if I could pop them out, but it wouldn't budge and I can't see very well. I had to go to work and had to drive a sport trac (horrid! slow accels, bad brakes). Please someone help me tonite, I almost have the shell off, but nothing online is very helpful. Please help!1

if your talking about the two arm things that
go from the bottom of the grill to the radiator
support, just pull theyll pop right out, just make
sure everthing else is off . Also make sure you pop
out all clips that hold the rubber skirt between the
bumper and the grill.

the lower arm are part of the grill they have clips on the end
of them that snap into the center bar of the rad support.
